3. Refund Policy for Low-Quality Work
We guarantee a minimum grade of 70% on all tasks we deliver. If the delivered work falls below this threshold, the following refund structure applies:

4. Refund Process

Steps to Request a Refund:

5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Expert Assignment:
- If you cancel your order before it has been assigned to an Expert, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the initial payment. The remaining 20% covers transaction costs.
Cancellation After Expert Assignment:
- If you cancel your order after it has been assigned to an Expert, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 60% of the payment, depending on the progress made on the order.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations due to the Customer’s fault attract a 10% charge on the amount paid.
6. Conditions for No Refund
You are not entitled to a refund in the following situations:
- Personal Use: You used the delivered Product for personal purposes or as part of another order on the Website.
- Lower Grade Expectations: You received a lower grade than expected but do not provide verifiable proof.
- Educational Outcomes: You were not admitted to an educational institution or did not pass an exam, test, or quiz. We do not guarantee admission or academic success.

- Editing/Proofreading Orders: Refunds are not provided for editing or proofreading orders that did not meet your expectations due to unclear instructions or misuse of the service.

- Policy Violations: Your account is suspended or deactivated due to a breach of our policies.
7. Refund Processing Time
