7. Order Placement and Process

  • Placing an Order: Orders are placed by completing the Order form on the Website. Provide exact, complete, and final information to allow Experts to deliver the correct Product.

  • Order Specifications: Specify the scope of work, including word count (1 page = 275 words), academic level, and any specific requirements.

  • Assignment to Expert: Orders are assigned to Experts within an hour of placement. You may select a Favorite Expert, but there is no guarantee of availability.

  • Changes to Order: Changes can only be made if the Expert has not started working on the Order. Additional compensation may be required for changes affecting the scope or complexity.

8. Payment and Discounts

  • Payment Process: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and are responsible for any charges incurred.

9. Plagiarism Policy

10. Money-Back Policy

    • If an Order is canceled after being assigned, up to 60% of the payment may be refundable, depending on the progress made.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellation due to the Customer’s fault attracts a 10% charge on the amount paid.

12. Account Suspension and Deletion

  • Account Deactivation: You may deactivate your account at any time. A 14-day window is provided before permanent deletion.

  • Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account without notice if:

    • Multiple accounts are detected.
    • Information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, deceptive, or fraudulent.
    • You violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

  • Data Retention: Some data (e.g., order history) may be retained post-deletion in compliance with applicable laws.
