Assignment to Expert

Orders are assigned to Experts within an hour of placement. You may select a Favorite Expert, but there is no guarantee of availability.

Changes to Order

Changes can only be made if the Expert has not started working on the Order. Additional compensation may be required for changes affecting the scope or complexity.

12. Account Suspension and Deletion

You may deactivate your account at any time. A 14-day window is provided before permanent deletion.

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account without notice if:

• Multiple accounts are detected.
• Information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, deceptive, or fraudulent.

Data Retention
