The School Board contributes a negligible amount to the budget. It cannot influence change if the Board of County Commissioners recommends specific changes. The “new normal” affected, which means funding could reduce further expenditures on the criminal justice system.
The Board of County Commissioners
Strength
The Board of County Commissioners is the biggest funder of the project,making the entity very influential. County Commissioners are interested in the safety and security of the region. If the team makes the most decisions for the county, it will serve the public interest.
Weakness
